1.1. By registering for any event hosted by Weekend Warriors Fest on the website weekendwarriorsfest.com, participants agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

1.2. Weekend Warriors Fest reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants are encouraged to review these terms regularly.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Participants must provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process. Any false information may result in disqualification.

2.2 Participants must follow the guidelines and rules of game.

3. Event-Specific Terms

3.1. Daily Events:

• Participants must adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth for each daily event.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may lead to disqualification or removal from the event.

3.2. Monthly Events:

• Monthly events may have specific eligibility criteria, which will be communicated prior to registration.
• Weekend Warriors Fest reserves the right to modify the format and rules of monthly events as necessary.

3.3. BGMI (BattleGrounds Mobile India) Events:

• For Fun entries are free of charge, while Paid scrims require the designated entry fee.
• Participants must follow the rules and regulations of BGMI and Weekend Warriors Fest during the events.

3.4. IQ Fest:

• The IQ Fest is a quiz-based event covering General Knowledge, Science, and English.
• Participants are expected to maintain fair and respectful conduct during the quiz.

4. Registration Process

4.1. Participants must register using accurate and valid information.

4.2. It is crucial to fill in all correct details for communication purposes. Weekend Warriors Fest relies on the provided information for communication-related to the event.

4.3. Weekend Warriors Fest is not responsible for any communication failure, disqualification, or other issues arising from incorrect details submitted during the registration process.

4.4. Participants are advised to double-check their provided information, including email addresses and contact numbers, to ensure accurate and timely communication.

4.5. Any discrepancies in communication due to incorrect details may result in disqualification, and Weekend Warriors Fest will not be liable for any consequences arising from such inaccuracies.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1. Participants are expected to treat fellow participants, organizers, and staff with respect and courtesy.

5.2. Any form of cheating, harassment, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification and prohibition from future events.

5.3. Profanity and unsportsmanlike conduct are strictly prohibited during the events.

5.4. Violations of the code of conduct may result in penalties, disqualification, or removal from the tournament.

6. Prizes and Schwag Distributions

6.1. Winners will receive all their respective cash prizes if they win multiple games in a single tournament.

6.2. If a warrior wins multiple games in a single fest, then only one schwag will be allotted for that warrior ID.

6.3. Winning amounts will be disbursed within 7 days of the conclusion of the tournament.

6.4. Additionally, all winners are required to participate in a mandatory interview or feedback session within the following 14 days after the tournament. This session may be conducted via GMeet or at our office, as per the organizer's discretion.

6.5. The purpose of the interview or feedback session is to gather insights, share experiences, and promote community engagement. Failure to attend the interview or feedback session may result in a delay in prize distribution or forfeiture of the prize.

7. Disclaimer

7.1. Weekend Warriors Fest is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the events, whether physical or virtual.

7.2. Participants acknowledge that they are participating voluntarily and at their own risk.

By completing the registration process, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Weekend Warriors Fest Event Registration Terms & Conditions.

8. Payment Terms

8.1. Entry Fees: For events with paid entry, participants are required to pay the designated entry fee to confirm their registration.

• Entry fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8.2. Payment Methods: Weekend Warriors Fest accepts payments through the designated online payment gateway specified on the website.

• Payments must be made using valid and authorized payment methods.

8.3. Refunds: In the event of a cancellation or withdrawal by the participant, entry fees will not be refunded unless the cancellation is due to an unforeseen circumstance approved by Weekend Warriors Fest.

8.4. Payment Confirmation: Upon successful payment, participants will receive a confirmation email with details of their transaction and registration.

9. Data and Privacy

9.1. Participant information will be handled by Weekend Warriors Fest's Privacy Policy.

9.2. Contact details provided during entry will only be used for promotion-related communication unless participants opt-in for additional communication.

Feedback:

Participants are encouraged to provide feedback on their overall tournament experience.

Feedback can be shared with the tournament organizers via email or through a feedback form provided after the tournament.

Participant feedback is valuable for future improvements and addresses any areas that require attention.
