Weekend Warriors Fest is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy outlines our dedication to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.


Know Your Customer (KYC) Procedures

1. Registration

Participants engaging in paid events, particularly Paid Scrims for BGMI, are required to undergo a registration process that includes verification of their identity and contact information.


 2. User Obligations

  1. Users accept that they must comply with this AML Policy. Users specifically confirm that they neither do they intend to, nor are they using the Platform and our Services to commit any listed or criminal offenses.
  2. Users must ensure that they submit accurate and up-to-date personal information that belongs to them.



3. Transaction Monitoring

3.1 Unusual Activity

Weekend Warriors Fest monitors transactions for any unusual or suspicious activity, including but not limited to large or rapid transactions.

3.2 Reporting

If we identify any transactions or activities that raise suspicion, we reserve the right to report such activities to the relevant authorities and take appropriate action, including freezing accounts and participation privileges.



Changes to AML Policy

1. The Company may revise this AML Policy from time to time. Such changes may be made without prior notice. We will, in any event, periodically inform our users of this AML Policy, and any change in this Policy, as required by law.
