Fair Play Policy

Introduction

Weekend Warriors Fest is dedicated to promoting fair play and sportsmanship in all our gaming events, including Daily and Monthly Events, Fun entries, and Paid Scrims for BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India).  This Fair Play Policy (“Policy”) describes:

a. the steps WWF takes to ensure fair gameplay on the Platform;
b. the steps/actions a User may take if they suspect that there has been an incident of cheating on the Platform;
c. actions that WWF may take to prevent or respond to Policy violations.

This Policy must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and Anti Money Laundering Policy.  Users must read and familiarize themselves with this Policy and strictly comply with its contents

Skill-based games

We only host and offer skill-based games on our Platform. While each game may feature different elements of skill, and the threshold may vary, each game is governed by the skill set you demonstrate to play and achieve the outcome. The games offered on our Platform are games of skill as per applicable law.

Fairplay

Users of our Platform must play games with utmost fairness, honesty, and integrity. They must play games strictly as per their respective rules; without attempting cheating, colluding, or deploying any tools, methods and/or strategies which may compromise fair gameplay, defraud us, our systems, or other users; or otherwise alter the level-playing field between users.

Unfair play

Users must never attempt to play games unfairly. So, Users must strictly refrain from employing dishonest means, including without limitation:

1. CHEATING
2. USING BOTS
3. HACKING
4. PLAY IRRESPONSIBLY

Responsibility of Users/Consequences of Violation of Policy

If WWF is made aware of any User action which violates this Policy, or disrupts the level playing field we offer our Users, He/She will be disqualified from that event.
